In order to meet market demand, Xishuangbanna Manlie Rubber Co., Ltd. plans to invest 360 million yuan to implement the "Modern Rubber Production, Processing, Warehouse and Logistics Base Construction Project."

The modern rubber production and processing base covers an area of 170 acres. Among them, the production plant covers an area of 120 acres.

The project plans to produce 150,000 tons of standard rubber annually. The main product capacity plans include:

Build 2 full latex production lines with a designed annual production capacity of 25,000 tons;

2 concentrated latex production lines with a designed annual production capacity of 15,000 tons;

2 No. 20 rubber production lines, with a designed annual production capacity of 40,000 tons;

2 rubber compound production lines, with a designed annual production capacity of 30,000 tons;

2 customized special rubber production lines with a designed annual production capacity of 40,000 tons.

The warehousing and logistics center covers an area of 80 acres, and 5 warehouses with a construction area of 35,000 square meters are planned to be added; a rubber futures and spot trading and settlement center will be constructed with a construction area of 5,000 square meters.
