On April 1, the first batch of all-steel radial tire project with an annual output of 1.2 million in Vietnam of Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd. came off the production line, marking the completion of the first phase of the project.

It is reported that Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd. has implemented an annual output of 1.2 million all-steel radial tires project in Longjiang Industrial Park, Xinfu County, Qianjiang Province, Vietnam, with a planned land area of about 301 Mu and a planned investment of 1.476 billion yuan, which will be completed in three phases.

In the process of intense construction, the Guizhou Tire Vietnam project team has overcome the difficulties of COVID-19 and adopted the self-developed steel radial tire design and manufacturing technology, completed the installation of 178 thousand square meters factory building and 338 sets of main process and power equipment on schedule, and successfully rolled out the first batch of tires to achieve the full line of production line.

With the completion of the first phase construction of Guizhou Tire Vietnam project, Guizhou Tire's "double-base, globalization" development strategy has taken a milestone step, and further enhanced its comprehensive competitiveness in the global tire market through the "overseas production, overseas sales" mode. Next, Guizhou Tire will speed up the construction of phase II and phase III of Vietnam project, including raw material workshop, rubber mixing workshop, all steel radial tire production area, finished product warehouse, testing center, expert building and sewage treatment station.
