In order to save resources and reduce the impact of efflux pollutants on environment, Double Coin Group (Chongqing) Tyre Co., Ltd. invested 3 Million Yuan to utilize purification and reduction technical equipment by technical equipment of industrial lubricant electro-adsorptive purification and reduction, reducing the amount of waste oil by about 150 tons per year.

The project installs a set of combined process equipment of “vacuum dehydration + electro-adsorption refining + supplementary precision filtration” in the existing plant to restore and regenerate the waste sealing oil produced by the existing internal mixer in the plant area and reuse it in internal mixer.

The person in charge of Chongqing Double Coin stated that through external high-voltage electric field, this technical equipment can effectively strip, adsorb and filter the oxidized and deteriorated polar substances in the oil products, effectively reduce the acid value, moisture content, residual carbon, ash content, heavy metal content and mechanical impurities of oil products, and improve the performance of lubricant products. This technology has been included in the Catalogue of Major Environmental Protection Technical Equipment Encouraged by the State (2017 Edition).

Chongqing Double Coin was established in August 2007. At present, it has formed five radial tire production lines with an annual production scale of 2.5 million all-steel radial tires.
