The "Tire Test Laboratory Project" invested by Double Coin Group Shanghai Tyre Research Institute Co., Ltd., with an investment of RMB10 million Yuan, has recently been approved by the Environmental Protection Department.

The project will use idle factories to build a new tire-testing laboratory and add tire-aging experiments (physical performance research tests), chemical analysis tests, and tire research and development experiments. After completion, it is expected that there will be 2,500 batches of tire R&D experiments, 1,000 physical performance tests, and 1,000 chemical analysis tests.

At present, the institute's research and tests mainly include tire’s durability, strength, rolling resistance, contour scanning, engraving, noise, and mechanical performance.
