Lately, Dalian Rubber & Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a contract with some domestic V-belt enterprise to develop and design the domestic initiative double-three-roller frictionating calendering production line for the users and replace the traditional solvent naphtha dipping production line and mono-three-roller calendering production line. This will thoroughly change the previous V-belt production process and promote revolutionary transform of the industrial technology and equipment. New production line adopts brand-new calendering process to replace the solvent naphtha dipping process, that is, the calender wipes the calender glue on the surface of the cloth under the function of pressure force. This process not only largely reduces the processing cost, but also effectively prevents hidden dangers in safety production such as fire and deflagration caused by gasoline; it realizes double-surface frictionating with two formulas in one time, and the working efficiency is predicted to be improved by 300%; in addition, during the frictionating of the unit, the cloth is not cooled, and the process of high adhesive strength of the second surface can be realized, thus effectively improving the abrasive resistance and adhesion of the belt, the canvas adhesion force and abrasion resistance are predicted to be improved by over 20% and 25% respectively. Meanwhile, as for the products produced by new unit, except for 0.5m at the joint, there are no other scraps, thus effectively avoiding waste of raw materials.
