On May 18, the first 77-inch OTR new bimodule hydraulic vulcanizing machine independently developed by Guilin Rubber Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially packaged and delivered to the domestic client for use.

Compared with traditional OTR mechanical vulcanizing machine, under the configuration of same bimodule specification, this new hydraulic vulcanizing machine possesses six advantages: with bimodule design, the major structure is compact, thus the floor area can be saved by over 20%; the beam lifting adopts patented technology - double guide pillars-guided, thus the lifting is more stable and reliable and the repeated accuracy is higher; left and right modules are completely independent, therefore it can realize both vulcanization of single module and vulcanization of different specifications of tires in two modules; servo double-pump hydraulic control system is adopted, which is energy-saving, eco-friendly, efficient and noiseless, thus greatly improving the working environment in vulcanizing workshop; the vulcanizing assistance time is shortened nearly by 25%, the production efficiency is greatly improved; with open structural layout, the maintenance space is large and facilitates daily operation and maintenance.
