The groundbreaking ceremony for R&D project of high-end sealing technology of Sun Hua Sealing (Jiangyin) Co., Ltd. was held in Jiangyin City on March 7. The company is specialized in R&D, production and marketing of sealing parts used for high-end automobile and aerospace field.

This project, with total investment of USD 100 Million and covering an area of over 80 mu, is designed to build manufacturing workshop, R&D center, logistics center, etc., covering 53 thousand m2, and import 113 sets of full-automatic equipment and purchase 957 sets of new CNC and other specialized equipment. The project is divided into two phase, in which the first phase is planned to be completed within the year and the R&D center in the second phase is going to be put into use in the second half of next year. Upon this project completing and reaching the design capacity, it will produce 11.4 million pieces of enhanced automotive seal parts, 3 million pieces of high precision medical instrument components and 2 million pieces of semiconductor process seals every year.
