Guangxi New Guilun Rubber Co., Ltd. is stepping up the renovation and extension project for 500 thousand all-steel radial tire as planned. This project, with total investment of 65 Million Yuan, will newly add some equipment of bottleneck process within the original workplaces so as to increase the daily output of all-steel radial tires by 1,200, as a result of which, the annual output will be increased from 1 million to 1.5 million. 

The newly increased devices of the project include one hexagon three-loop wire production line, five sets of three-drum forming machines and thirty sets of vulcanizing machines. Meanwhile, it will rebuilt a finished tire warehouse for building a PE film recycling line to reprocess and recycle the existing large amount of waste PE film, the production scale of which is 5 tons/day, thus helping to reduce solid waste emissions as well as the purchasing expenditure.
