Affected by the factors such as Sino-American trade war, slide in automobile output and sales, increasingly severe national environmental protection policy, rise in cost and economic structural adjustment, the development of rubber industry encountered unprecedented challenges, and the phenomenon of enterprise polarization was intensified and the situation where the strong was always strong occurred. According to the statistics and investigation of China Rubber Industry Association, it is predicted that the total national tire output was 642 million units, with a year-on-year decrease of 0.92%. However, as for the enterprises going out, in the first 11 months, the tire output of overseas factories increased by 14%, the sales revenue increased by 53% and the realized total profit accounted for 41% of total profit of the enterprises. As for the industries such as cycle tires, rubber hoses & rubber belts, rubber products and tire moulds, the statistical data of the whole industry was affected by the sale and profit conditions of a few enterprises. Such development situation will also promote the rubber enterprises to be innovation-driven, pay attention to brand cultivation and realize green transformation and upgrading.
