On October 8, 2019, the Gk190E internal mixer meticulously manufactured by Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. for the Italian client successfully came off the production line after trial run. This is Yiyang’s fifth internal mixer exported to Italy, which indicates that Yiyang achieves success in bringing in German internal mixer technology and selling the machine well in European market.

These five internal mixers exported to Italy by Yiyang are all E-type (meshing type) series products, which are applicable to refining all kinds of rubber materials and plastics with high quality requirement for it will make the rubber material mixed evenly and low temperature rise by using of PES5 meshing-type rotors. In 1985, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group signed a transfer contract with Germany WP Company for GK internal mixer manufacture and technology. After generations of inheritance and development by the people of Yiyang, as well as their digestion, absorption and re-innovation, Yiyang has successively developed GE580 internal mixer with the largest size of the time domestically, the first domestic tandem type internal mixer production line, one-step process intelligent rubber refining production line, etc. All of these technologies have been completely home-made. In 2004, Yiyang’s first GE250 internal mixer was successfully exported to Europe.

At present, Yiyang has the capacity of manufacturing the internal mixers from the minimum specification of GK1.5 to the maximum specification of GK1000 and has formed nearly 30 specifications and models in two series, N-type (shearing type) and E-type (meshing type). More rotor molds are developed from the standard four arrises type, including ZZ-2, PES3, PES5, six arrises, etc. And Yiyang also achieves the changes from single equipment sales to the sales of intelligent rubber refining production line as well as from the product output to service output.
