On June 3, the integral moving and technical upgrading project of Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd., “Intelligent Rubber Machinery Digital Manufacturing Base Construction Project” was officially approved by China National Chemical Corporation Ltd.

The relocation site of the project is located in the Eastern Industrial Park of Yiyang High-tech Zone, and is expected to be officially put into operation in August 2020. The project construction will be carried out from two aspects: the intelligentization of product itself, and the digitalization of product manufacturing, aiming at developing intelligent rubber machinery products, including intelligent vulcanization and intelligent rubber refining equipment, to provide intelligent solutions for tire rubber industry; it will implement digitalization of resource management, digitalization of design and R&D, and digitalization of production process, realizing the integration of 3D design, simulation, testing, manufacturing and service, thereby comprehensively improving advanced manufacturing capabilities and creating a 3D-based digitalized design, process and manufacturing platform.

After the completion of the project, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 118 sets of rubber machinery such as internal mixer, flat vulcanizing machine, twin-screw extruder, drum vulcanizing machine, open mill, extrusion line, etc.
