On December 22, 2018, the launching ceremony for “New Driver of Growth - Intelligent Manufacturing and R&D Base” of Shandong Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. was held in Yantai City. Linglong Tire is intended to invest 870 Million Yuan in building intelligent manufacturing factory and the supporting facilities in Yantai Economic & Technological Development Area.

Linglong Tire will introduce over 300 sets of advanced equipment from home and abroad. The functions of the newly-built data center and R&D center are providing data analysis and technical support. Upon completion, the project will provide the whole tire industry with intelligent production line design and transformation so as to optimize the production processes, reduce enterprise costs and effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
