Guilin Rubber Machinery Co., Ltd. (GRM) successfully developed a new type of agricultural vehicle radial tire molding machine in the mid-October. 

This molding machine, with product model of LCZ-G2442, applicable specification scope of 24"~42", spindle center height of 1500mm, maximum green tire weight of 200kg, is applied to most specifications of radial tires on agricultural vehicles. The machine has the features of high molding accuracy and stable tire output quality for the reason of the application of the three-drum one-step molding technology, requires small floor space which is about 17% less than the similar equipment and achieves high production efficiency with up to 40 units per shift.

GRM pours 6% of its sales revenue into research and development every year and has successively developed such new products in recent years as 210" hydraulic vulcanizing machine, 68" hydraulic vulcanizing machine, 52" new-type semi-steel hydraulic vulcanizing machine, 110" mechanical vulcanizing machine, 72" mechanical vulcanizing machine, 52.5" mechanical vulcanizing machine, 73" tire retreading vulcanizing machine and brand-new drum-type cord engineering tire molding machine.
