On December 13, Hangzhou Environmental Protection Bureau posted a message, the ultra-low emission transformation project of Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd., passed the certification review and on-site inspection of the experts. The project successfully passed the acceptance.

According to Zhongce Rubber, the company has a total of three 75-ton thermoelectric boilers. According to the requirements of Hangzhou air pollution prevention and control, in 2015, it invested more than 30 million yuan to transform the ultra-low flue gas emissions of thermoelectric boilers, so that the flue gas can stably achieve natural gas emission standards.

After two years of trial operation, the three thermoelectric boilers passed the performance evaluation and acceptance monitoring. After the environmental protection experts listened to the reports from the construction organization and the technical evaluation group, they proposed a better operation advice for this project. 

Previously, on September 17, Hangzhou Chaoyang Rubber and Beijing New Universal Science & Technology Co., Ltd. jointly completed the “Ultra-low-efficiency treatment process and key technical equipment for VOCs in rubber factories”, which passed the Technical Achievement Appraisal organized by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
