The European Commission has published today the final implementation of AD Measures against Chinese TBR imports. 

After the positive decision of the AD Committee about the implementation of AD Measures on 3rd October, the EC has now officially published in its Regulation (EU) 2018/1579 the decision. 

The applied duties range from 42.73€ to 61.76€ per tyre.

The measures will be applied starting October 23rd and will replace with immediate effect the so far installed provisional measures.

The Committee is also close to deciding Anti-Subsidy measures with the official announcement of their decision expected around November 7th.
