Announced by six ministries of the state including the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission, from July 1, 2018, the equipment listed in the Catalog of Key Technical Equipment and Products without Tax Exemption in the Import (Revised in 2017) will no longer enjoy the tax-free concessions when being imported to China, which will all be levied import taxes in accordance with the regulations.

There are two rubber equipment listed in this Catalogue, respectively rubber screw extruder and mechanical tire shaping and vulcanizing machine, in which, the specification of the former is that the diameter of the single screw ≤ 250mm, the diameter of the double screw ≤200mm, and the single max diameter of three compound screw and above ≤150mm; the technical specification of the mechanical tire shaping and vulcanizing machine is that the cavity diameter ≤150 inches.
