Lately, the first one-step intelligent mixing production line in the world built by Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. entered into trial production and passed the acceptance and handover of Aviation Industry Corporation of China Guihang Hongyang Seals Company.

Specially developed for production of non-tire rubber products, this technical proposal takes tandem-type internal mixer and mixing technology led by this company as the core, integrates advanced technologies such as extrusion rubber filter of the partners including Krauss-Maffei, Berstorff, etc., overturns the tradition mixing process mode of rubber products, realizes one-off mixing of master mixing and final mixing of rubber and adapts to the new development requirements of mixing equipment, that is, efficient and energy-saving as well as green and eco-friendly.
