Suzhou Baohua Carbon Black Co., Ltd. Zhanjiang Branch started the construction of 100 thousand tons/year carbon black project in Donghai Island, Zhanjiang City on March 31.

The rst-stage project launched this time is to build a carbon black production line with annual output of 40 thousand tons and the supporting boiler power generation (including desulfuration and denitration) applied to 100 thousand tons/year production of carbon black as well as the public and auxiliary utilities, which is planned to be completed on December 20 this year. Therefore, two hard carbon black production lines with annual output of 40 thousand tons and one soft carbon black production line with annual output of 20 thousand tons will be nally completed. Upon the operation of Zhanjiang Branch in 2019, Suzhou Baohua will achieve the total capacity of carbon black up to 300 thousand tons/year.
