Environmental Protection Technology of Biological Method of MESNAC Provided “One-stop” Service

From 2011, MESNAC and Qingdao University of Science & Technology established a R&D group for organic waste gas pollution control of rubber industry, with “biological method” as the target, to take 4 years to successfully develop “biological method organic waste gas pollution control technology” with proprietary intellectual property right in China and build several prototype factories for organic waste gas pollution control in rubber industry. 

In 2017, MESNAC integrated internal and external resources to found MESNAC HECO CO., LTD., a comprehensive subsidiary specially engaged in industrial organic waste gas pollution control, and established the tenet of “providing the customers with integrated solution and service of low-cost organic waste gas pollution control and ef cient and up-to-standard discharge with biological method as the core and supported by multiple technologies such as photocatalysis, plasma, RTO, RCO, washing and absorption”, meanwhile, it proposed “taking rubber industry as the basic market and laying out non-rubber industries to quickly form market in uence in 1~2 key industries”. At present, MESNAC HECO has established demonstrative waste gas pollution control projects in more than a dozen of famous rubber industry enterprises at home and abroad.

Organic waste gas pollution control in rubber industry is relatively more dif cult, its features are: large waste gas volume, low concentration; complex exhaust gas ingredients, with over 20 major ingredients; large dust content and oil gas content of waste gas; unorganized emission and large difficulty in collection; limited process, space, treatment effect, etc. since the puri cation treatment device is additionally set in later stage; co-existence of multiple processes and lack of uniform industrial standard; limited enterprise investment and maintenance cost, etc.

In combination with the features and current status of organic waste gas of rubber industry, MESNAC HECO CO., LTD. launched multiple processes such as “biology+” treatment technology, combined pre-treatment (de-dusting and un-oiling), photocatalysis and washing to form the technical route of organic waste gas pollution control process, and make high-ef ciency and low-cost waste gas pollution control plan aiming at various processes such as rubber mixing, calendering and vulcanization.

“Biological method” technology of MESNAC HECO possesses the following features: microorganism specific for VOCs control of rubber industry is developed; as for professional microorganism R&D lab with R&D and testing function, mock test is carried out for its working conditions before use to ensure the treatment effect; the VOCs treatment ef ciency of rubber industry can reach over 90%; compared with the combustion method, the investment cost is reduced by over 40% and the maintenance cost is reduced by over 50%; microorganism strain passes the certi cation of professional third party testing organizations and has no harm on the human body and the environment; no secondary pollution is generated; the equipment are safe and reliable and have no in ammable and explosive risk; and there are veri ed mature cases for various processes of rubber tire industry.

As for the unorganized emission problem of waste gas of rubber enterprises, MESNAC HECO cooperated with relevant institutes to design airtight collection devices, wholly or partially establish waste gas collection system and centralized puri cation treatment device for production processes such as rubber mixing, vulcanization and rubber cement, and the setup of the exhaust hood of collection system abides by the national regulations. Meanwhile, it provides consulting services for the enterprises, designs the waste gas puri cation device at the time of new factory planning and makes it independently operate before of cial production is initiated to guarantee timeliness of waste gas pollution control.

In 2018, by further integrating the resources, utilizing strong funds, technologies and after-sales service platform of MESNAC, combining famous testing equipment companies in the industry and relying on domestic famous colleges and universities, MESNAC HECO launched integrated service of “pretreatment (de-dusting, un-oiling, etc.) + waste gas pollution control + online monitoring + third party maintenance + informatization and intelligentization” and provided “one-stop” and “environmental protection housekeeper” business mode to solve the problem of organic waste gas pollution control for the enterprises, build a bridge for waste gas pollution control and environmental protection monitoring and provide the most comprehensive and most real-time data support for the enterprises’ improving production processes, VOCs generation of raw material control, promoting green production, etc. In addition, MESNAC HECO also exempts the enterprises from trouble that the environmental protection equipment are professional, dif cult to be maintained and dif cult to cope with the environmental protection requirements of the government in an all-round way with professional maintenance service.
