In 2017, the annual synthetic rubber output of Qilu Petrochemical was 275,000 tons, which ranked 1st nationwide for the eighth year successively. With a design production capacity of nearly 400,000 tons/year, Qilu Petrochemical is currently a synthetic rubber manufacturer that ranks 1st at home and 2nd in Asia. Among which, the design production capacity of butylbenzene rubber was 230,000 tons/year, accounting for 16% of domestic design production capacity and 44% of the design production capacity of Sinopec. The seven synthetic rubber production lines of this company are capable of producing synthetic rubber products of nearly ten different types.
