On December 6, 2017, two projects finished by China Chemical Guilin Engineering Co., Ltd.—“Development of Five-synthetic Rubber Extruder Set” and “Development
of 3,200mm-wide Rubber Sheet Extrusion and Calender Production Line”—passed the result appraisal by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. The appraisal committee agreed that the technological index reached a globally advanced level.
The Five-synthetic Rubber Extruder Set is the first of its kind at home (among which the All-steel Five-synthetic Rubber Extruder Set is the first of its kind globally), which is the first (set) brand-new product of rubber extruder in China, resolving the technological problem that one synthetic rubber extruder set extrudes five high-end semi-finished tire products of different rubber materials at the same time. It meets the special technique demand for extruding high-end semi-finished tire products with conducting resin and multi-layer layout for asymmetric tread, which makes it the best extruder for producing high-end radial tire semi-finished products, improving the quality and stability of high-end radial tire products.
The 3,200mm-wide Rubber Sheet Extrusion and Calender Production Line is the brand-new product of the first (set) long-span single extruder among rubber sheet extruders in China, whose extrudion width has remarked a historical breakthrough. The double-runner type-“Y” structure single extruder nose that has been designed independently for the first time develops the runner integration technology that splits flow before converging again during the production of rubber materials, achieving the production of 3,200mm-wide rubber sheet with one extruder nose; technological parameters for ultra-large type-“I” calenders are designed independently. By extruding 3,200mm-wide continuous rubber sheets with the independently developed wide extruder nose and the ultra-large calender, the problem of extruding rubber sheets of exceeded width with a single extruder is resolved, which improves the quality and stability of products.
