The groundbreaking ceremony of Doublestar’s first green recycling of waste rubber “Industry 4.0” smart model base was held in Runan County, Henan Province on December 19, 2017.

The project costs 600 Million Yuan, covers an area of 300 mu and may dispose 200,000 tons of waste rubber every year. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed and put into operation at the end of December 2018. In the future, Doublestar green and smart recycling industry of waste rubber will be developed into “One Center and Four Bases” that is centering on Doublestar Qingdao Yikesida, there are four bases nationwide.

This project will be set up in accordance with “Industry 4.0” standard, take advantage of first-rate producing technology and modern logistics production layout and achieve intellectualization during all process, including smart sorting, smart cleaning, smart stoving, smart conveying, smart pyrolysis, smart storage and smart control in order to make this project a “Industry 4.0” smart model for copy and promotion.

Meanwhile, the plant will also use the domestic-leading deodorant equipment and dust removal equipment which are developed by Doublestar independently to make a harmless dispose to the pollutant caused during rubber pyrolysis process.
