Top Employer China 2018 unveiled with LANXESS included for two years in a row

December 4, 2017, Shanghai – The results of Top Employer China 2018 were announced and specialty chemicals company LANXESS Greater China was included in the list for the second consecutive year.

The Top Employers Institute found in its research that LANXESS Greater China has provided its employees with excellent employee welfare, focusing on talent development at all levels within the organization and demonstrating excellence in human resources, while being committed to optimizing its HR practices and continuing to grow. With its competitive employee welfare, LANXESS Greater China won the favor of the appraisal team of the Top Employers Institute and was again certified as a Top Employer China 2018.

It is reported that essential to the certification process of Top Employers is six stringent research processes all the participating companies must go through: qualification and registration, HR Best Practices Survey, verification and survey review, a third-party audit, certification assessment, and ultimately certification, and meeting the uniform benchmark the Institute has established. Top Employer China Certification was initiated by the Top Employers Institute headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Since 1991, the organization has been focusing on certifying top employers worldwide, including those in China, and it offers the only program in the industry to assess employers in a certain region able to provide best employee conditions by looking into their existing and practiced HR policies and practices through a globally consistent set of certification research standards and processes. In 2016, 69 companies operating independently in China, including LANXESS Greater China, were officially conferred and awarded the "Top Employer China 2017" annual certification.
