The environmental polyurethane tire manufacturing project of Bainaite (Xinxing) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is stepping up construction in Xincheng Industrial Park, Xinxing County, Yunfu City, Guangdong. The production line in rental plants will be put into trial-production in the near future and the newly-build plant project is also being carried forward.

With the total investment of 300 Million Yuan, Bainaite project, covering an area of 8,000 m2 and a building area of 6,800 m2, is planned to produce 1.2 million units of environmental polyurethane tires annually.

Bainaite Company is a new high-tech enterprise sponsored and established jointly by Xinxing County Xincheng Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., Guangzhou SCUT Bestry Technology Co., Ltd. as well as some core members. It is also a holding subsidiary of Guangzhou Himaxer Tyre Tech Co., Ltd.

It is said that this kind of new green tires is featured by high wear resistance and puncture resistance. Meanwhile, the company has also launched solid polyurethane tires, specialized corrosion prevention tires and polyurethane retreads used in special circumstances such as mine, ports and oil field.
