Hixih Rubber Industry Group grasped the market opportunity to establish Jining Shenzhou Tire Co., Ltd. and invested 1.986 Billion Yuan to build the first-phase project with an annual output of 12 million high-performance passenger car radial tires, and Tongli Tire Co., Ltd. invested 2.4 Billion Yuan to implement the technological transformation and production expansion project with an annual output of 2 million all-steel truck radial tires, which is predicted to be completed and put into production in October 2018.

It is learned that Jining Shenzhou Company was jointly established by two investors, Yanzhou Yinhe Power Co., Ltd. and Niu Teng, and had industrial and commercial registration on March 8 of this year. With a floor area of 700 mu and a total investment of 3.56 Billion Yuan, this project is built in two phases, with a total construction period of 35 months, in which, the first-phase project is designed to have an annual output of 6 million pieces and a construction period of 18 months; and the second-phase project has a construction period of 17 months and is predicted to be completed and put into production in April 2020. The main product schemes include 215/55R17, 235/55R18 and 245/45R18, whose output is 600,000 pieces/year, and 225/50R17, 225/55R17, 235/55R19 and 255/50R20, whose output is 450,000 pieces/year.

With no newly-added civil engineering area, the transformation and expansion project with an annual output of 2 million all-steel tires of Tongli Tire utilizes the exiting factory and newly adds a part of energy-saving production equipment to have promotion and improvement in automation level and energy and material consumption of exiting equipment, and the equipment performance is more advanced. For example, it adopts 6kV medium-voltage frequent convention internal mixer, 3-drum building machine and X-ray machine, the tire production and transport adopt automatic management system and realizes informationization management from tire shaping to tracing and transport of finished products. The main products and capacity plan include 11R24.5, 295/80R22.5, 315/80R22.5 and 295/75R22.5, whose output is 120,000 pieces/year, and 285/75R24.5, whose output is 100,000 pieces/year. It is predicted that the output of all-steel truck radial tire will reach 4 million pieces/year after completion and put into production.
