This company plans to arrange 6 projects including R&D of ultra high performance (UHP) tires, development of 425/65R22.5 full wheel order tire products, development of 29.5R25 TB598S L-4 new loader tires, development of special 23.5R25 TB598S L-4 deep thread pattern for loader, development of radial tire with anti-scratch side wall and development of 10.00R20 drive pattern products for Indian market; deeply cooperates with core supporting factories in links such as sales service and plans to arrange 2 projects including development of supporting tires for M50 project of BAIC Motor and development of supporting tires for S580 project of Dongfeng Xiaokang; and plans to arrange 6 projects including development of formula of low-cost and high-barrier inner liner, research and development of high-thermal conductivity capsule formula, research of innovative vulcanizing process of giant engineering radial tire, research of vulcanizing process optimization performance of truck radial tire, improvement of thread rubber performance of port engineering tire and research on improvement of durability performance of tire bead by single rubber core of truck radial tire.

It is learned that in 2016, Triangle Tire had a total R&D investment of 377 Million Yuan, accounting for 5.61% of the operating income, and possessed 915 R&D personnel, accounting for 13.91% of the total staff of the company.
