Lately, Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd. developed one rubber bearing with ultra-low hardness, with performance fully satisfying the European standard for building earthquake resistance and passing the on-site review of CE certification, thus it won the first overseas order.

It is learned that in mid March, Times New Material reached the cooperation intention of rubber bearing with this overseas client, with the supply reaching thousands. On one hand, the client required that this product should obtain CE certificate; on the other hand, the client required that the hardness of the rubber material should be around 30 and reach ultra-low level. Therefore, satisfying the requirements for CE certification and rubber hardness became one of the keys and difficulties for obtaining project order.

To satisfy the technical requirements of the products and avoid the potential quality problems brought about by low-hardness rubber, the design personnel of the rubber formula of Times New Material realized the development of rubber formula with low hardness and high performance by collaborative optimization of filling system and plasticizing system and adding of special additives in the formula on the basis of years of design experience of vibration-absorptive materials of the company. Upon verification, the performance of rubber material and product can fully satisfies the European standard for building earthquake resistance and successfully passes the on-site review of CE certification. After test, the ultimate deformation of the products can satisfy that more than 400% will not be destroyed and reach international advanced level, which fully certify the application reliability of new formula.
