After conducting a market research on the steel cord thread project, the steel wire cutting manufacturer Zhenjiang Naisi New Materials Co., Ltd. decided to invest RMB 600 Million Yuan in switching to produce steel cord thread products.

This project is located at Dagang Photovoltaic Industrial Park, Zhenjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 2,000 m2. It has an annual demand for 60,060 tons of the raw material of super-hard composite wear-resistant cutting wires, among which 40,000 tons is self-produced and the rest needs to be purchased. Meanwhile, facilities including 600 stranding machines and 60 cord thread recoilers need to be added.
