On March 5, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. signed a one-off order of seven large internal mixers with a certain tire company in Shandong.
The new products coming from the tandem-type banburying one-step rubber refining production line included in the signed order this time is an outcome of independent and innovative R&D of the Company. Formed by two internal mixers of GE320E and GE590T in series, this equipment is a nationally or even internationally advanced low-temperature refining facility currently, changing the old way of rubber refining at home that has been used for decades, which is of revolutionary significance in the rubber refining field.
Compared with the previous rubber refining method, the production efficiency can be increased by over 50% with tandem-type internal mixers and electricity consumption can be saved by over 60%. At the same time, dispersibility and homogeneity of rubber materials can be enormously increased, thus greatly extending the service life of tires. Besides, compared with previous rubber refining production lines, adopting tandem-type internal mixers can reduce the number of internal mixers, reducing investment in plants and equipment by about 30%, which accommodates to the demand for development of green and environment-friendly tires. Since the moment this equipment was launched, it has drawn a great deal of attention from tire companies of both home and abroad.
Later on, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. turned to target non-tire industry markets for friction materials, new cable materials, thermal insulation materials, medical grade rubber, auto parts processing, etc. It regards small and middle-sized tandem-type internal mixers as main products while carrying out an overall solution involving multiple pioneering technologies. By far, this solution has been successfully applied to the newly-built rubber refining production line project of Gui Hang Hong Yang Equipment & Consumables Manufacture Co.LTD.
