Qingdao Dongil Rubber Belt Co., Ltd. planned to expand the capacity of rubber compound and rubber products, including caterpillar bands and sealing strips with the investment of 120 Million Yuan so as to increase the enterprise market competitiveness and lower the cost.

The expansion project covers an area of 12,751 m² in Jimo City, Qingdao. It will develop the production project of special adhesive with the scale of 20,000 tons per year, obsolete the existing 5,000 tons/year special adhesive production equipment in the plant for use in producing belts, caterpillar bands and sealing strips and meanwhile expand the production scale of caterpillar bands and sealing strips in the existing plant. The production scale of this project after complete construction as scheduled in October 2017 will be 13 million belts, 25,000 caterpillar bands and 6.8 million meters of sealing strips per year. 

Founded in 2000, Qingdao Dongil Rubber Belt Co., Ltd. is a Korean solely-invested enterprise, mainly engaging in automotive rubber products, including belts, caterpillar bands and sealing strips. The production scale in the existing plant is 13 million belts, 18,000 caterpillar bands and 4.35 million meters of sealing strips per year.
