In late November 2016, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. added new internal mixer GN275 to its leading products and delivered it to the users on schedule, being a pioneer in new product design, manufacture and operation in the same year.

As an updated version of GN255 internal mixer, GN275 integrates the performance advantages of GK270N and GN300: It adopts the shaft-type rotor structure to improve the strength and stiffness of the rotor; the slender shape of the rotor greatly increases the rubber adhesive ability; and the strong cooling circulation channel design effectively guarantees the exchange and control of temperature. This internal mixer can be widely used for plastication, mixing and final milling of all kinds of rubber materials. In addition, it is especially appropriate for mixing and final milling of rubber materials used for radial tires.
