Global First Generation Safe Tire of Doublestar Published
On December 3, 2016, the “PCR Tire Industry 4.0 Intelligent Factory Completion & Safte Tire Global Strategy Conference” was held by Doublestar Group in Qingdao.
Such people as Deng Yali, the president of China Rubber Industry Association, Chai Yongsen, the secretary of the party committee and president of Doublestar Group and Doublestar’s overseas tire dealer representatives jointly pressed the ball to launch the first generation safe tire.
In her speech, Deng Yali said, “Doublestar Group has started eliminating backward production capacity and establishing intelligent industry 4.0 factory since three years ago. In the meantime, it has also established the user-focused service 4.0 ecosphere and realized continuously growing economic benefit and brand improvement since 2014. This ‘PCR Tire Industry 4.0 Intelligent Factory Completion & Safe Tire Global Strategy Conference’ held by Doublestar is another great achievement in the innovation and development of the Chinese rubber industry.”
It is learnt that Doublestar’s PCR tire industry 4.0 factory integrates the most advanced information and communication technologies, digital control technologies and intelligent equipment technologies in the world, innovates the original tire process, and realizes the intelligent upgrading of over 30 technical processes including milling, molding, nitrogen vulcanization, sorting, detection and storage, which reduces the workers’ labor intensity by more than 60% and also reduces the unqualified product rate by over 80%. The labor productivity is more than 3 times of the past.
Doublestar’s first generation safe tire initiatively launches the “Three Proofings” safe tire in the world, which is named as “CROSS LEADER”. It integrates the shield-shaped sidewall design, military bullet-proof vest materials and nano self-healing technology and can resist scrape, collision and puncture. Thereinto, the shield-shaped sidewall design reduces the probability of bumps and tire burst caused by tire sidewall scratch; the military-level bullet-proof vest material — aramid short fiber has strong impact-resistant performance; and the industry-advanced nano self-recovery technology automatically recovers perforation in the driving process of tires to prevent air leakage and tire burst. The snow tire series provide strong ice-snow grip and optimize the controllability on the ice-snow pavement; the high-density winding steel straps increase the grip and braking force of tires to ensure the driving safety of the vehicle; and the ultralow temperature formula of the cold-resistant green nano materials under -70°C ensures the softness of tires under the highly cold environment and guarantees the driving safety.
On the publishing ceremony, it also showed the upcoming new products of Doublestar such as graphene tires and wise tires. The graphene rubber composites have such characteristics as abrasion resistance, low rolling resistance and wet slippery resistance. In the first graphene tire laboratory of China, the “CROSS LEADER” safe graphene tire researched and developed by Doublestar realizes “one small step for a brake, a big step for safety”. “Yunquan” wise tire is the first generation wise safe tire in China. In virtue of the advanced data sensing system and the background data processing system, it can monitor the tire usage data 24 hours a day and give a warning when any data is abnormal to ensure the driving safety of the users and really realize “tire knows first in case of high temperature and low gas”. The built-in “Yunquan” global positioning system ensures the property safety of the vehicle.
