On December 6, 2016, China Rubber Industry Association extended quality credit to the conveyer belt products of Zhejiang Sanwei Rubber Item Co., Ltd. and the rubber hose products of Sichuan Chuanhuan Technology Co., Ltd. with the Document Zhong Xiang Xie Zi No. [2016]71.

It is required in the document that the two companies that were extended quality credit should abide by relevant regulations listed in the letter of commitment, reinforce the quality management on workmanship, and steadily improve product quality. Extensive monitoring on quality and regular sampling tests will be conducted over products that are extended quality credit during the two-year term of validity in order to take responsibility for users and the public.

By incorporating the actual condition of outside-factory packaging of rubber hose and conveyer belt products and in an effort to highlight the market effect of the quality credit mark, explicit stipulations are made in the document in terms of the using methods on the specification, size and position of the identification mark of the Association when extending quality credit on rubber hose and conveyer belt products. (1) Vulcanize the colored label of the mark pattern in the stipulated size onto products; or engrave the mark pattern onto the mould. (2) Print the mark pattern onto the packaging of products with quality credit by stipulation if the products have outer packaging. (3) In terms of rubber hose and conveyor belt products, the mark should be labeled on the coating surface of hose belts along with the name and trademark of the manufacturing company. Its size can be scaled up or down properly. (4) The quality credit mark can be applied exclusively to approved product units and it is forbidden to use it out of scope; it is not allowed to be redesigned by deformation, either.
