Recently, the rubber chemicals and supporting products project operated by Wuhai Zhongjin Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. passed the assessment of environmental protection administration and was permitted for construction from the perspective of environmental impact.

Located in Hainan Xilaifeng Economic Development Zone, Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia, this project is jointly invested by Tianjin Bohai Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. and Wuhai Risheng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. with 685.6149 Million Yuan, in which there is about 101.35 Million Yuan for environmental protection, accounting for 14.8% of the total investment.

The 1st phase of the project is planned to build 6 categories of products with the production scale of 20,000-ton carbon disulfide, 4,000-ton rubber accelerant M, 8,000-ton accelerant DPG, 5,000-ton accelerant TMTD, 10,000-ton accelerant CZ and 6,000ton accelerant DZ per year. The 2nd phase will extend the production scale of carbon disulfide to 50,000 tons/year.
