Anhui Xinsheng Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. decided to invest 600 Million Yuan in building the biggest condom production base in the world.

Xinsheng Rubber Industry has received technical and industry support from Hebei Aiqi Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. on this investment project. The project covers an area of about 254 mu, has 2,500 fixed employees and will consume 7,330 tons of latexes per year. There are 32 vertical impregnation production lines, 32 electrical inspection assembly lines, etc. to be built with major production technology control processes including latex mixing, three-time gum dipping, product vulcanization, impregnating electrical inspection and product packaging. The project is predicted to be put into operation in October 2018 and forms the production capacity of 4 billion condoms per year.
