Recently, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. successfully won the bidding for the general contracting project of rubber mixing production line of Guiyang Hongyang Equipment & Consumables Manufacture Co., Ltd. worth nearly 15 Million Yuan in total by virtue of its integrated solution with several world’s first technologies.

The project covers several production processes, including internal mixing, open milling, extrusion, rubber filter, etc. and requires suppliers to provide an integrated solution of consultation, design and equipment. Based on demanders’ requirements, the project research group of Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery worked out a technical scheme featuring in energy conservation, emission reduction and reduction of labor. In this project, it is the first time for small-size tandem internal mixer and automatic open mill to be applied to non-tire industry. In addition, this project also covers tens of advanced equipment at home and abroad, such as KraussMaffei Berstorff extruding machine, German UTH rubber filter, etc.
