On September 8, a seminar was held by the technical team from Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co, Ltd. together with technical experts from German KraussMaffei to discuss the optimal production plan and process for the bid-winning equipment in Uzbekistan project in order to ensure the production schedule and quality of the bid-winning products including internal mixers and flat vulcanizing machine group with the value of nearly 30 Million. The Uzbekistan project is a part of national “the Belt and Road” project technically contracted by Beijing Research & Design Institute of Rubber Industry (BRDI). Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group and BRDI are both affiliated to China National Chemical Corporation. The bid-winning internal mixers and flat vulcanizing machine group with steel-cord conveyor belt indicate a good start for intra-system technologically advanced rubber enterprises and advanced equipment manufacturers to jointly move toward internationalization.

According to reports, the bid-winning products are GK- 400N and GK-190E internal mixers and 2.2m×10.6m steel-cord large flat vulcanizing machine production line, in which these two types of internal mixers are innovation development results based on the European advanced technology introduced by Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group and the large flat vulcanizing machine production line is a result of independent innovation and research. Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group keeps domestic market share of about 70% in the subdivision field of ultra-large flat vulcanizing machine with above 16m in length and 2m in width. Its products are sold far to countries and regions including Japan, Brazil, South America and Southeast Asia.
