According to the progress of factory building and equipment installation and debugging, it is predicted that the first-stage project with an annual output of 4.50 million units of high-performance semi-steel radial tires of Shandong Xinghongyuan Tire Co., Ltd. will be completed and put into operation in August. 

At present, the factory buildings of the rubber mixing workshop, rolling and extrusion workshop, cutting and molding workshop as well as desulfurization and testing workshop in first-stage project have been constructed and the installed equipment includes 3 internal mixers, 1 steel wire rolling production line, 2 rubber parts extrusion production lines, 1 inside liner production line, 1 small-angle cutting production line, 2 straight cutting production lines, 20 moulding machines, 2 desulfurization production lines and 10 testing equipment. The installation of the supporting waste gas treatment facilities and waste water equipment has been completed.

Located in Shandong Mengyin Economic Development Zone, the project with an annual output of 12 million units of high-performance semi-steel radial tires of Xinghongyuan Tire Co., Ltd. has a floor area of 400,000 m2 (about 600mu) and a total investment of 2.581 Billion Yuan, in which the investment in environmental protection is 86 Million Yuan, and the personnel quota is 1,800 persons. The project is constructed in two stages, the first-stage project was started in December 2013 and the second-stage project with an annual output of 7.50 million units of high-performance radial tires will be put into operation at the end of 2022.
