To satisfy the demand of the market for tire and wheel test equipment, Tianjin Jiurong Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. decided to invest 120 Million Yuan in newly building production facilities and purchasing production equipment such as lathe, miller, etc. for production of tire and wheel test equipment.

Started in May, the project is scheduled to be completed in November. The building area of factory buildings for production and other accessory occupancy is 13,100 m2 and 43 sets of equipment and instruments such as lathe, miller, radial drilling-milling-boring mill, etc. are purchased and installed in the factory buildings. The product program is production of tire tester, tire endurance machine, etc., with a total capacity of 133 sets, including 35, 15 and 5 endurance/ high-speed performance testers for saloon car tires, truck tires and motorcycle tires respectively; 15 and 10 rolling resistance testers for saloon car tires and truck tires respectively; 3 testers for giant engineering tires with 5m drum; 5 force and moment characteristics testers for saloon tires; 35 flexural fatigue performance testers for saloon car wheels; and 10 radial fatigue performance testers for saloon car/light truck/truck wheels.
