To facilitate the industrial transformation and upgrading, promote the green development of the manufacturing industry, foster new sources of economic growth, explore new mechanisms and new models in the industrial development of renewable resources and improve the whole level of the renewable resources industry, after voluntary declaration of the enterprise, recommendation of the local industry and information technology authority, review of the expert and publicity, MIIT confirmed the major national resources recycling demonstration engineering and released a notice (Gong Xin Bu Jie [2015] No. 468 Document) on December 21, 2015, in which the resources recycling projects of 9 waste rubber comprehensive utilization enterprises such as BESG Xingyu (Tangshan) Rubber & Plastics Eco-Technology Co., Ltd. were listed. The implementation of these projects will greatly play a leading role of the demonstration engineering.
