Domestic natural rubber (SCRWF) of Guangdong Guangken Rubber Group Co., Ltd. with the brand of Guang- ken Rubber successfully passed the futures brand certifica- tion of Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) on December 2. Therefore, the SCRWF produced by Guangken Group’s subordinate Yunnan Xiaojie Rubber Manufacturing Plant and Hainan Lingao Company could be used for the performance and delivery of SHFE natural rubber futures standard con- tract as of this day.

After 5 years of brand certification scheme, Guangken Group’s SCRWF has officially become SHFE’s appointed future delivery brand, which is an milestone for the Group to boost its branding strategy. Through SHFE’s hedging platform, enterprise can lower the business risks caused by sharp price fluctuation of natural rubber. Meanwhile, it is beneficial for the Group to further improve its production management level and enhance the popularity of rubber products in domestic and foreign markets.

It is known that SHFE has higher standards for register- ing natural rubber brand and extremely strict requirements on appearance, size and quality. Meanwhile, it also has a serial of assessment standards for registered enterprises’ asset strength, rubber production capacity, testing capacity, etc.
