Recently, the relocation project for new high-perfor- mance rubber sealing and shock absorbing products built by Wuxi Meifeng Rubber Products Co., Ltd. passed completion acceptance for environmental protection.

In order to follow the government policies of urban renewal and “industrial enterprises withdrawing from the urban area and entering into industrial park”, as well as to cooperate with the construction of rail traffic engineering and the development of Xicheng Road, Wuxi Meifeng purchased a plot of 35,350 m2(53 mu) land from Administrative Com- mittee of Wuxi Meicun Sub-district Industrial Concentration District as its new plant site to implement the integrated relo- cation plan.

The project, with the total investment of 175 Million Yuan, mainly involves all kinds of new high-performance rub- ber sealing and shock absorbing products, the specific products and capacity of which are 32.5 million units of railway loco- motive rubber products, 5 million units of coal integrated rub- ber sealing products, 2 million units of auto skeleton oil seals, 4.5 million units of sealing products for home appliances, and 3.5 million units of sealing products for agricultural machin- ery, engineering and forest industry.
