Recently, a special project for development of national intelligent manufacturing equipment-“Demonstration, Applica- tion and Industrialization of Industrial Robot in Tire Industry” jointly undertaken by MESNAC Co., Ltd. and Sailun Group Co., Ltd. passed the completion acceptance. The participating experts gave a high appraisal to the project and its demonstra- tion effects.

This project has attained totally 17 Million Yuan of na- tional special support for strategic emerging industry develop- ment, including 8.5 Million Yuan to MESNAC (manufacturer) and 8.5 Million Yuan to Sailun Jinyu (user). This project spe- cially researched and developed many robots for each impor- tant process of tire production with 7 patents for invention ob- tained and 23 patents for utility model authorized, which fully completed the R&D and demonstration tasks and successfully conduct demonstration application in Sailun Jinyu, resulting in largely decrease of labor cost, significantly increase of produc- tion efficiency and quality and boost of internal transformation and upgrading.
