The Engineers at Huron Technologies have developed a high performance release agent for various applications in the rubber manufacturing industry. Titled Release Coating 8056, this modified product has been created for the assisted release of fluorinated rubber compounds and FKM rubber materials that require silicone-free processes.

Clients of Huron Technologies who have tested Release Coating 8056 have reported that after coating their mold surfaces with our release agent, they needed to apply less effort to remove parts from the molds. Line operators also observed an average of 5 part releases per application of mold release. Key benefits of Release Coating 8056 include: water based product for green and environmentally friendly practices;silicone-free formula for paintable surfaces; high temperature molding stability, up to 400°F; minimal buildup on mold surfaces for fewer cleaning cycles and less down time; multiple part releases per application. Huron Technologies, Inc. engineers and manufactures release agents for rubber elastomers, concrete, polyurethane, and various composite systems. A wide range of off-the-shelf and custom mold release agents are available to meet customer requirements.
