This project is located at 8 Dongjing Road, Songjiang Industrial Zone, Shanghai, two molding and vulcanization equipment will be increased to replace the original vulcanization equipment so as to solve the problem of aging of equipment in two vulcanization production lines. “Carrying the old with the new”, 1.2 Million Yuan will be invested in transformation of environmentally protective facilities to conduct absorption treatment with activated carbon on organic exhaust gas like adhesive coating exhaust gas, metal part drying exhaust gas, etc. in existing production line and implement up-to-standard emission in high altitude to meet the increasingly stringent environmental requirement. After the technological renovation, the production scale of precision rubber products of this company will remain unchanged, with the total annual output of rubber products of 16 Million.
