Accella Performance Materials has acquired Zeus Tyrefill Systems GmbH, a manufacturer of tire fill systems and flat-proofing products for heavy duty industrial and OTR tires.

Zeus, based in Dortmund, Germany, will be a subsidiary of Accella Polyurethane Systems, joining other tire fill units Arnco and Pathway Performance, both previously acquired by St. Louis-based Accella Performance Materials.
