To implement the relevant requirements of promoting export steady growth, adjusting the structure by the State Council, according to Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection and relevant provisions of its implementing regulations, on Aug. 1, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s republic of China, General Administration of Customs jointly issued the announcement (No. 109, 2013), with the decision of making adjustment of the Catalogue of Entry-exit Commodities Applying Inspection and Quarantine Carried out by the Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Authorities, and no longer implementing export commodities inspection for the general industrial products under 1507 customs commodity codes, which include car tires, OTR tires, motorcycle and bicycle tires, inner tubes, sheath contraceptives and other latex products, as well as rubber shoes in Chapter 40 and Chapter 64.
The announcement takes effect since August 15, 2013.
