HB Chemical announced its distribution agreement with Jiang Xi Black Cat Carbon Black Ltd. of Jiangxi Province, China. Black Cat is the largest carbon black manufacturer in China and the fifth largest CB manufacturer in the world. Production capacity is 700,000 tons per year, with seven plants and 24 production lines. Black Cat believes HB Chemical is uniquely qualified to handle distribution in North America, with a presence in not only the U.S., but its strong position in Canada and Mexico.
