Recently, auto output and sales volume in China in 2012 have been released by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

According to the data from CAAM, 19.27 million vehicles were manufactured in China last year, while 19.31 million were sold, respectively up 4.36% and 4.33% year on year. Output and sales volume of passenger vehicles in 2012 were totally 15.49 million and 15.52 million, up 7.07% and 7.17% year on year. In 2012, 3.75 million commercial vehicles were manufactured and 3.81 million were sold, dowm 5.49% and 4.71% year on year.
