Blackcat to build its eighth carbon black base in Jining

On January 16, Jiangxi Blackcat Carbon Black Co. decided to invest RMB 30 million yuan in Jining, Shandong, to found a wholly-owned subsidiary, Jining Blackcat Carbon Black Co.
The new company will be responsible for the construction of its eighth carbon black production base—Jining Blackcat's 280,000 tons/year carbon black production base.
